A home-kitchen version of lemon fluff, written step by step so it's easy to follow that's worth the oven time.
Ingredients
- 1 large pkg. lemon jello
- 8 oz. Cool Whip
- 16 oz. can sliced peaches (packed in juice)
- 1 Tbsp. almond extract (optional)
Method
Make jello; let set until thickened.
Drain peaches and cut into bite-size pieces.
Fold extract, peaches and Cool Whip into jello.
Pour into ring mold and let set.
