Linda'S Sugar Cookies

A home-kitchen version of linda's sugar cookies, written step by step so it's easy to follow that's worth the oven time.
Ingredients
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 5 1/4 c. flour
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. margarine
- 1 c. Crisco oil
- 1 tsp. cream of tartar
- 1 tsp. soda
Method
Cream sugar and margarine until light and fluffy.
Add beaten eggs.
Stir in oil, vanilla and dry ingredients.
Refrigerate overnight or at least 8 hours.
