A home-kitchen version of milk chocolate frosting, written step by step so it's easy to follow that's worth the oven time.
Ingredients
- 6 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 4 Tbsp. cocoa
- 3 c. powdered sugar
- 4 Tbsp. milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Method
Melt butter in medium saucepan.
Stir in cocoa until combined. Add sugar, milk and vanilla.
Stir until smooth.
Spread on cooled cake and let set until firm.
