Mom'S Butterscotch Refrigerator Cookies

A home-kitchen version of mom's butterscotch refrigerator cookies, written step by step so it's easy to follow that's worth the oven time.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. butter
- 2 c. brown sugar
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 3 c. flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 c. pecans
Method
Cream butter and sugar.
Add eggs and mix well.
Add baking powder to flour.
Stir, then slowly mix into other ingredients. Fold in pecans.
Make into a roll and wrap in waxed paper.
Chill in refrigerator overnight.
Slice thin and bake at 375° for 8 to 12 minutes.
