A home-kitchen version of no fail pie crust, written step by step so it's easy to follow that's worth the oven time.
Ingredients
- 3 c. flour
- 1 c. Crisco
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 egg
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1/3 c. cold water
Method
Combine flour, Crisco and salt.
Add to egg, vinegar and water which have been mixed together.
Roll onto floured surface. Yield:
2 pie shells.
