A home-kitchen version of orange slice cookies, written step by step so it's easy to follow that's worth the oven time.
Ingredients
- 1 box Jiffy cake mix
- 1 egg
- 1/3 c. oil
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 11 orange slices, chopped (candies)
Method
Mix well. Drop by teaspoons onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350° for 10 to 12 minutes.
