Peach Cheesecake

A home-kitchen version of peach cheesecake, written step by step so it's easy to follow that's worth the oven time.
Ingredients
- 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 (3 1/4 oz.) pkg. regular vanilla pudding
- 3 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. milk
- 15 oz. can sliced peaches
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. reserved peach syrup
Method
Drain peaches.
Reserve 3 tablespoons of syrup.
Blot peaches with paper towel.
Beat first 6 ingredients until smooth.
Pour into greased pie pan.
Arrange sliced peaches on top of batter mix.
