Peanut Butter Brownies

A home-kitchen version of peanut butter brownies, written step by step so it's easy to follow that's worth the oven time.
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 c. white sugar
- 1 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 1 1/4 sticks margarine
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 c. peanut butter (crunchy)
- 2 1/2 c. plain flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Method
Mix by hand.
Pat into a 9 x 12-inch pan and 1 smaller pan, 8 x 8-inch.
Bake at 275° for 25 minutes.
