Pecan Pie

A home-kitchen version of pecan pie, written step by step so it's easy to follow that's worth the oven time.
Ingredients
- 2 (9-inch) deep pie crusts
- 5 eggs
- 1 3/4 c. dark corn syrup
- 1 1/2 sticks margarine or 2/3 c. melted
- 2 packs pecans or 1 c.
Method
Beat thoroughly and pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake for 45 minutes at 350°. Let cool before serving.
