Pecan Pie

A home-kitchen version of pecan pie, written step by step so it's easy to follow that's worth the oven time.
Ingredients
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 c. light Karo syrup
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 c. chopped nuts
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Method
Combine all ingredients and place in unbaked pastry shell. Bake 45 minutes at 350°.
Cool before cutting.
