Pina Colada Cake

A home-kitchen version of pina colada cake, written step by step so it's easy to follow that's worth the oven time.

Ingredients
- 1 box Duncan Hines butter cake mix
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1 c. water
- 1 can cream of coconut
- 1 can crushed pineapple (optional)
- 1 large Cool Whip
- flaked coconut
Method
Preheat oven to 350°.
Mix cake mix, eggs, oil and water. Bake in an oblong pan for 30 minutes.
Remove from oven and poke holes in cake.
Stir and then pour the cream of coconut over the cake while it is hot.
Refrigerate cake to cool.
Top cake with crushed pineapple, Cool Whip and coconut.
Keep refrigerated.
