Pineapple Cookies

A home-kitchen version of pineapple cookies, written step by step so it's easy to follow that's worth the oven time.
Ingredients
- 1 c. shortening
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. nuts
- 1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple
- 3 c. plus 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 2 tsp. baking powder
Method
Mix ingredients in order.
Bake on greased cookie sheet at 375° for 10 minutes.
If cookies seemed too thin, add a little more flour.
