Pizza Salad

A italian take on pizza salad, written step by step so it's easy to follow built around good cheese and pantry staples.

Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. ring macaroni
- 8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese
- 3 fresh tomatoes
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 2 c. croutons
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 purple onion
- 1 Tbsp. oregano
- 1/2 c. oil
Method
Dice tomatoes and onion; cube cheese.
Mix tomatoes, onion and cheese with cooled, cooked macaroni.
Add all other ingredients except Parmesan cheese and croutons.
Refrigerate 2 or more hours. When ready to serve, add croutons and Parmesan cheese.
