A home-kitchen version of play dough, written step by step so it's easy to follow that's worth the oven time.
Ingredients
- 1 c. flour
- 1/2 c. salt
- 1 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 2 tsp. cream of tartar
- food coloring or 1 pkg. Kool Aid
Method
Mix together all ingredients.
Cook over medium heat until it forms a ball.
Pour out and knead a few minutes to increase smoothness.
Keep in plastic bag or tightly covered container.
