A home-kitchen version of play dough, written step by step so it's easy to follow that's worth the oven time.
Ingredients
- 2 c. flour
- 1 c. salt
- 4 tsp. cream of tartar
- 2 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 2 c. water
Method
Mix ingredients in a pot.
Cook over medium heat, stirring continuously, until no longer liquid.
Remove and knead in coloring.
Store in airtight container.
