Ingredients
- 2 c. self-rising flour
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 c. oil
- 2 jars strained plum baby food
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. allspice
- 1 c. pecans, broken into small pieces
Method
Mix all ingredients together.
When fluffy, cook at 300° for 1 hour or until done.
