A home-kitchen version of popeyes biscuits, written step by step so it's easy to follow that's worth the oven time.
Ingredients
- 4 c. Pioneer biscuit mix (blue box)
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 3/4 to 1 c. club soda
- 1 stick oleo
Method
Mix all ingredients except oleo.
Melt oleo in baking pan. Roll out biscuits; turn over in oleo.
Bake at 375° or 400° for 20 to 25 minutes or until done.
