A american take on puff pancakes, written step by step so it's easy to follow that's worth the oven time.

Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Method
Preheat oven to 425°.
Grease a 10-inch cast-iron or ovenproof skillet.
Beat eggs and add rest of ingredients.
Beat until smooth.
Pour into skillet and bake 15 minutes.
Reduce heat to 350° and bake 10 to 15 minutes or until puffy and golden brown. Serve with Vanilla Cream Syrup.
Serves 6.
