Pumpkin Bread

A home-kitchen version of pumpkin bread, written step by step so it's easy to follow that comes together with everyday ingredients.

Ingredients
- 2 c. canned pumpkin
- 1 c. salad oil
- 3 c. sugar
- 3 1/4 c. flour
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. cloves
- 1 tsp. nutmeg
Method
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
Pour into 2 greased loaf pans.
Bake at 350° for at least 1 1/4 hours.
Makes 2 loaves.
