Ingredients
- 1 c. pumpkin
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1 egg
- 2 c. self-rising flour
- 1 tsp. soda
- 1 Tbsp. buttermilk
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. dates
- 1/2 c. nuts
Method
Combine ingredients and drop by teaspoonfuls on cookie sheet. Bake at 375° for 10 to 12 minutes.
