Ingredients
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. raisins
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. allspice
- 1/2 c. butter
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 3 or 5 eggs
Method
Mix all together except egg whites.
Beat egg whites separately.
Add last.
Pour mixture into uncooked pie crust and bake in a 300° oven until top is brown.
The egg whites will make the top crust.
