Ritz Cracker Pie

A home-kitchen version of ritz cracker pie, written step by step so it's easy to follow that's worth the oven time.
Ingredients
- 3 egg whites
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. finely chopped nuts
- 20 Ritz crackers, crushed
- 1 small container Cool Whip or whipped topping of choice
Method
Beat egg whites until very stiff.
Combine all the ingredients together.
Put in 8-inch pie pan.
Bake 25 minutes at 350°.
