Rum Cake

A home-kitchen version of rum cake, written step by step so it's easy to follow that's worth the oven time.
Ingredients
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 stick butter
- 1/2 c. cooking sherry
- 1 Tbsp. rum flavoring
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1/2 c. water
- 4 eggs
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 1 box instant butterscotch pudding
Method
Grease tube pan.
Put chopped pecans in bottom of pan.
Mix all ingredients together and pour into pan.
Bake at 325° for 1 hour.
