Swedish Nut Cake

A home-kitchen version of swedish nut cake, written step by step so it's easy to follow that's worth the oven time.
Ingredients
- 2 c. granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 c. flour
- 2 tsp. soda
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple (including juice)
- 1/2 c. nuts, chopped
Method
Mix together sugar and eggs.
Mix flour and soda together. Add to sugar mixture.
Stir in pineapple, nuts and vanilla.
Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes in a 9 x 12-inch greased and floured pan.
