A mexican take on taco dip, written step by step so it's easy to follow built around good cheese and pantry staples.

Ingredients
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 10 oz. salsa (mild or medium)
- 1 large tomato, finely chopped
- 12 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 small head lettuce, finely shredded
- 1 bag nachos
Method
Mix sour cream and cream cheese together and spread over bottom of bowl or pan.
Top with tomatoes.
Pour on salsa.
Then add cheese and finally lettuce.
You're ready to dip.
