Ingredients
- 3 medium ripe avocados
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/2 c. mayo
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can bean dip
- large bunch scallions, chopped
- 3 medium tomatoes, chopped
- 2 c. pitted black olives, chopped
- cheese
Method
Mix avocados, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Mix sour cream, mayo and taco mix in a separate bowl.
