Tuna Cheese Balls

A home-kitchen version of tuna cheese balls, written step by step so it's easy to follow built around good fish and pantry staples.

Ingredients
- 2 1/4 c. Bisquick
- 2 cans tuna, drained (one in vegetable oil)
- 6 oz. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
- 3/4 c. finely chopped celery
- 2/3 c. canned milk
- 1 egg, beaten
- 3/4 c. finely chopped onion
- 1 c. sifted Bisquick
Method
Combine tuna, cheese, onions and celery.
Combine milk and eggs.
Add the 2 1/4 cups Bisquick.
Beat all ingredients until well blended.
(Heat oven to 375°.)
Take 1 tablespoon of mixture and roll in sifted Bisquick.
Shape into balls and put on well greased cookie sheet for 22 to 25 minutes.
Take off sheet immediately and put on cooling rack.
Makes approximately 55 balls.
