Tuna-Tater Tempters

A home-kitchen version of tuna-tater tempters, written step by step so it's easy to follow that's worth the oven time.

Ingredients
- 1 c. mashed potato flakes
- 1 1/4 c. (9 1/4 oz. can) drained tuna
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/3 c. finely chopped celery
- 2 Tbsp. chopped pimiento
- 1 Tbsp. minced onion or 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/3 c. finely crushed corn flakes
- 1 tsp. seasoned salt
Method
In medium bowl, combine potato flakes, tuna, egg, milk, celery, pimiento, onion, salt and garlic powder. Stir by hand until combined. Form into 12 balls. Combine corn flake crumbs and seasoned salt. Roll each tuna ball in the crumbs. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes or until light golden brown. Serve hot with sauce.
