A american take on vegetable burger soup, written step by step so it's easy to follow built around good beef and pantry staples.

Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
- 1/4 c. dry onion soup mix
- 1 tsp. sugar
Method
Brown meat and drain off fat.
Stir in 2 cups of water and remaining ingredients.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and cover. Simmer 20 minutes.
Serves 6 to 8.
