Zucchini Squash Cake

A home-kitchen version of zucchini squash cake, written step by step so it's easy to follow that's worth the oven time.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. oil
- 3 c. sugar
- 4 eggs
- 3 c. flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. soda
- 3 c. grated zucchini
Method
Mix oil, sugar and eggs, one at a time, with a mixer.
Add flour, soda, baking powder and cinnamon.
Add zucchini.
Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 375° for 55 to 60 minutes.
