Broccoli Casserole

A home-kitchen version of broccoli casserole, written step by step so it's easy to follow built around good cheese and pantry staples.

Ingredients
- 1 stick butter
- 3 pkg. frozen broccoli
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 2 small chopped onions
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 1/2 pkg. crushed Ritz crackers
Method
Cook and drain broccoli as directed on package.
Stir and mix butter, eggs, cheese, mayonnaise, onions, soup and broccoli. Place in long baking dish.
Cover with crushed crackers. Bake for 20 minutes at 400°.
