Dump Cake

A home-kitchen version of dump cake, written step by step so it's easy to follow that's worth the oven time.
Ingredients
- 1 can crushed pineapple
- 1 can cherry pie filling
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 - 2 sticks of butter
Method
Spray 9 X 13 inch pan.
Mix pineapple, and cherry pie filling in the bottom of a 9 X 13 inch pan.
Sprinkle dry cake mix over fruit.
Then slice sticks of butter (place over cake mix).
Bake 20 minutes at 350° or until golden brown.
Prep time - 3 minutes. Cool time - 20 minutes.
Serves 16 to 20.
Good and so easy.
Top with whipped cream if desired when serving.
