A home-kitchen version of frozen peach mousse, written step by step so it's easy to follow that comes together with everyday ingredients.

Ingredients
- 4 medium peaches, peeled and chopped
- 1 to 1 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 1/4 c. sour cream (use light)
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 3/4 to 1 tsp. vanilla
Method
Puree peaches in a blender.
Add remaining ingredients.
Blend and pour in container and freeze.
