Hot Tomatoes And Cucumbers

A home-kitchen version of hot tomatoes and cucumbers, written step by step so it's easy to follow that's worth the oven time.

Ingredients
- 2 medium cucumbers, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 medium onion, sliced and separated into rings
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 4 medium tomatoes, cut in wedges
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 1 Tbsp. fresh dill or 1 tsp. dried dill
Method
Cook and stir cucumbers and onion in butter or margarine in a skillet for about 5 minutes. Stir in tomatoes.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cook until tomatoes are just heated through. Sprinkle with dill and serve hot.
