Lemon Pudding Pound Cake

A home-kitchen version of lemon pudding pound cake, written step by step so it's easy to follow that's worth the oven time.

Ingredients
- 5 eggs
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 3/4 c. water
- 1 small pkg. instant lemon pudding
- 1/2 c. oil
Method
Beat eggs.
Add cake mix, pudding, water and oil.
Beat at medium speed for 10 minutes.
Pour into an ungreased 10-inch tube pan with removable bottom.
Bake at 350° about 50 minutes.
Cool slightly and remove from pan.
