Ingredients

  • 5 eggs
  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 3/4 c. water
  • 1 small pkg. instant lemon pudding
  • 1/2 c. oil

Method

  1. Beat eggs.

  2. Add cake mix, pudding, water and oil.

  3. Beat at medium speed for 10 minutes.

  4. Pour into an ungreased 10-inch tube pan with removable bottom.

  5. Bake at 350° about 50 minutes.

  6. Cool slightly and remove from pan.
