A home-kitchen version of mincemeat cake, written step by step so it's easy to follow that's worth the oven time.
Ingredients
- 1 pkg. applesauce, spice or carrot cake mix
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 jar mincemeat
- 1 c. nuts (optional)
Method
Combine all ingredients.
Mix well.
Bake at 350° for 60 to 65 minutes in a tube pan that has been greased and floured.
