Pumpkin Crisp

A home-kitchen version of pumpkin crisp, written step by step so it's easy to follow that's worth the oven time.

Ingredients
- 16 oz. c. solid pumpkin
- 14 oz. c. sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 c. chopped nuts
- 1 c. margarine
Method
Mix first 6 ingredients and pour into greased 9 x 13-inch or two 8 x 8-inch pans.
Sprinkle cake mix over mixture.
Press nuts into cake mix.
Drizzle melted margarine over cake mix.
Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
Can be frozen.
